Sent emails only when a NEW post is created

  • I want the emails to be sent only when a new post is created, not when they are edited. How do I do this?

    Not possible as of now. Might consider in later versions.

    Not quite sure I’m interpreting the question correctly, but …

    So are you saying that if a post has published, and I go back to edit it (for whatever reason) and then click the UPDATE button, another email notification will go out?

    It will send out a notification if an existing post is edited and re-published.
