sentence spacing missing in bio or custom bio

There was a support topic like this a while back (but it is closed)

On our site, there is a problem with the spacing for the starbox bio. There are spaces after commas, but not after question marks or exclamation points.

I’ve tried copy/pasting the text into the custom bio field. But the result is the same.
