  • There is an SEO URL friendly plugin available for the products within the store. It can be found here:

    https://wponlinestore.com/store/order/index.php?task=product&product_id=21&category_id=3.3

after I installed this plugin, I got the following error when trying to access the WP Online Store in the backend. Any thoughts?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function qtpro_sick_product_count() in /home/content/35/11422735/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-online-store/admin/includes/header.php on line 19

The ‘qtpro’ is a features found in the latest version of the store plugin. It may be that you are using the latest version of the SEO plugin on an old version of the store – the latest version of the SEO plugin (and all our additional plugins) are written for the latest version of the WPOLS plugin.

You could try to update to the latest version of the WP Online Store plugin (please back up your website before running any updates) or you may get away with ‘hiding’ the line of code within
    wp-content/plugins/wp-online-store/admin/includes/header.php
which is trying to access the ‘new’ store feature. You can hide a line of code by putting // in front of it. This should be tried by those who are comfortable editing code. (Always back up before editing.)

I have tried though unsuccessful, and have all plugins up to date. Is there a way to pay you to do this for us, if I can convince my client?

    baldguy67,

I would like to pay you to make this change in the header.php file. Is that possible? I have the plugin installed on wordpress 3.8. The store is also up to date.

    Thanks,

I will take a quick look and see if it is an easy fix. Please send wp admin and FTP access to:

    An update for those reading:

Some of the files in the SEO plugin were for the older version of the WPOLS and had not been updated. I have updated (as of 1/17/14) the SEO plugin so it should now contain the correct files:

    https://wponlinestore.com/store/order/index.php?task=product&product_id=21&category_id=3.3
