    Hi there,

    I have just installed the plugin, and when i went to my homepage setting to edit the keywords and meta and title. I noticed that the SEO and Readability keep on spinning without showing in google preview. Not only this, but also the suggested focused keywords arent also showing anything, and wont let me refresh. It keeps saying Analyzing content, please wait a few moments...

    I have tried to:
    – Delete the plugin and reinstall.
    – Increase the memory limit.
    – Refresh the page and delete the cache.
    – Change the keywords and title from Arabic to English, then cleared cache.

    I couldnt understand where the problem is. Could you please help me with that?

    Hi @gcsaudi thank you for contacting us.

    Currently those features works with English, however, if you changed it and saved changes then you should have got a result in there so it looks like you may be having a conflict.

    Please run a test for a conflict with another plugin. Access your site’s folders and go to /wp-content/ folder. Rename the /plugins/directory to /plugins-old/.

    Create another new /plugins/ folder, move the wp-smush folder from /plugins-old/ to /plugins/

    See if the wp-admin is loading. If yes, please do not load the Plugins admin from the dashboard admin, otherwise, the plugins will be deactivated from the database.

    If the wp-admin loading well, you can move plugins’ folders into the new /plugins/ one by one or in groups to test when the issue occurs again.

    Let us know if you find any conflict so we can provide further instructions.
