There is a strange notification. Here it is:

Because of a change in your home URL setting, some of your SEO data needs to be reprocessed.

We estimate this could take a long time, due to the size of your site. As an alternative to waiting, you could:

Wait for a week or so, until Yoast SEO automatically processes most of your content in the background. Remind me in a week.
Run the indexation process on your server using WP CLI

    Start SEO data optimization (BUTTON)

Nothing changed in the my home page url. What should I do? I am waiting for your help.

    Regards.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with our plugin. We understand you are seeing the relevant notice but you haven’t changed anything on your site which is very odd.

Can you please confirm whether you have performed the SEO data optimization analysis yet? If not, can you please run the relevant analysis from the SEO → Tools page to see if that resolves the issue for you?

If the issue persists, can you please deactivate and reactivate the Yoast SEO plugin temporarily to see whether this resolves it for you?

I haven’t done anything yet. The notification stays the same. Does this feature have anything to do with indexables? I did not activate the indexables feature when you updated to the 14.0. Because I don’t want to use indexables feature. So, if this has something to do with the indexable feature, I don’t want to confirm this SEO Data Optimization in any way.

Yes, the notice you are seeing is related to the new Indexables feature. Yoast SEO v15.0 automatically resets the Indexables tables whenever it sees a change in the home or site URL and thus, it asks to re-run the relevant analysis.

Alright what now? What will I do? So is it compulsory to use the new indexable feature? How can I disable the new indexable feature completely? Is it enough to turn off the ryte integration feature?

We are afraid to say that there’s no option available in the plugin to completely disable the Indexables feature. However, if you think it’s a feature worth having, we’d welcome you to submit a feature request for this here https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues.

On the other hand, we don’t think disabling the Ryte integration has anything to do with the notice you are seeing. However, if you’d like you can give it a try from the SEO → General → Integrations (tab).

Ok, I got it. I ran the SEO Data Optimization from the SEO → Tools page. It ended successfully after waiting for a while. Then the notification disappeared. Thanks for info.

I’m getting the same message almost DAILY. And I update it every time, yet there it is, back the next day. I’ve made no changes to my URL setting.

I’m seeing the same behavior. The message pops back up DAILY even though nothing has changed on my site. Important to mention maybe: I’m running MultilingualPress for having multi-language support. Do those 2 languages interfere with one another (or is it Yoast that can’t handle this?
