    Is this plugin SEO-friendly? I’m planning to use it as a paywall for publications but have heard restricting content can sometimes mess with SEO rankings. Thanks in advance.

    That’s entirely subjective.

    Restricting content doesn’t necessarily “mess with” SEO rankings. It all depends on your approach.

    But anything you restrict from human users is also restricted from bots/spiders.
    Otherwise, what would be the point of restricting it?
