    Hi xboss,

    it’s a little late but I will try to answer your question as I did on other questions regarding google search results.

    There is no special code to make stars available in search results. Stars are not bound to a site topic and it’s possible to do multiple ratings inside a post. From my perspective there can’t be a (good) decision on which image should be special treated.
