SEO Issue

Hi,
Today I talked to the SEMrush team because of SEO issue. They noticed my website has many issues (Warnings 159,467) about Crawled Pages because I used your plugin.

I need to add no-follow to these internal links:
?action=yith-woocompare-add-product&id=
*?action=yith-woocompare-add-product&id=

Please help to solve it. Need to add no-follow for all links like these
