SEO Issues

Hey I have some issues about SEO in my site. I have given the Focus Keywords at H1 Title and all Paragraph evenly. “Best SEO Expert” is my Focus Keywords for this page. When I checked my site and this page on the SEO Checker Site https://websiteseochecker.com/ and Checker told that “Exact Keyword does NOT exist in your Page H1” and Meta keywords. Besides, it shows, “Not found Robots.txt and Page Loading Time Page First response:?2.3272?second
Page Full Load Time is:?12.7996?second

So, I need help if anybody can help me to solve these issues I will be happy. I am waiting for any responsive assistance. Thanks all.
