  • Hi @nasimesabet,

It looks like there might be a plugin or theme conflict.

We’ll need a bit more information, so we’d like you to take the following steps:

    1. Check to make sure that you’re using the latest version of Yoast SEO, 16.3.

    2. Check for?JavaScript errors in the browser console. If you find any, please send us a link to a screenshot.

3.?Check for conflicts. Does the problem happen if you deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty?

@nasimesabet Thanks for your reply and for confirming that the version is updated to 16.3.

Regarding JavaScript, we understand that you have it enabled in your browser. However, can you please check to see any JavaScript errors are being generated in your browser console? We have a guide on how to do this here. If you find any, please send us a link to a screenshot.

java-script is enable. I have 2 wordpress site. when I open my site A seo yoast working, when I open my site B not working. can I send you my username and password of my wordpress and you check it? I trust you.

We would like some more information as we think it is related to permissions.

    – Can you confirm you have the right user permissions? You can check by going to Users->Your Name->Yoast SEO settings (may need to scroll down) and confirm that both “disable SEO” and “disable readability” are unclicked?

    – Can you confirm that the SEO, Readability, and Insights are all enabled by going to SEO->General->Features and checking that SEO, Readability, and Insights are all enabled?

    – Can you confirm that SEO and Readability are enabled on the posts? You can check by going to SEO->Search Appearance->Content Types and seeing that the Yoast SEO Meta box says “Show”?

    – Can you confirm that if you go to the post/page and click on Screen Options (in the top right) that all the right options are enabled? If you are using the new Gutenberg editor you will need to click on the dots in the corner and select options. See image: https://pasteboard.co/I0PzCxd.png which highlights how to check this.

This article should help serve as a guide for some of the settings — https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-enable-disable-the-keyword-analysis/.
