SEO not showing in browser title bar

I’ve got a custom built WP theme. All my pages are not showing the SEO as specified in back-end.

I think I’m missing a piece of code somewhere in the header ‘to show’ the SEO (as specified) in the browser title bar.

Any idea what this code may be?
