SEO plugins, please help

Hi,

I just launched my BLOG. I want to know if there any SEO plugis in word press. I searched the plugins but there are many listed , i really dont which ones are good.

What I want is that suppose I made a new post by the title “WordPress is Good” so my url should be like . https://www.example.com/wordpress_is_good.html

Is there any plugin for this kind?

Also I want a plugin thru which people can social bookmark my posts.
