SEO Redirect 301 – Site Crashes

    I installed SEO Redirect 301 plugin and shortly thereafter my site crashed. Error “internal server error”. I was able to rename the .htaccess file and bring the site back on line. I deleted the plugin, but site is still crashing. Each time when I rename the .htaccess file the site/wp admin is restored. Anyone know what could be the issue and how to fix it?
