SEO Score issues

  • Hi all – working on getting my SEO score up and confused by some feedback from the tool. Example – it is telling me to underline my keyword and the keyword is underlined – I even did it multiple times. Additionally in another post the SEO score tool indicated that i didn’t have H2 and H3 tags when I actually did. I am using Google chrome and also Safari. Is it a browser issue?

    Thanks for the help and I know this is a simple question compared to the rest of them!
