Hello! I’ve searched the forum and found exactly the same problem I’ve encountered, however there doesn’t seem to be a resolution to the problem https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/yoast-dashboard-does-not-update/

I am also using Elementor page builder – if I’m on the actual page I’m seeing Green for Yoast SEO score, but on the Pages list the scores are completely different for some pages https://pasteboard.co/0WUQMno9GlrX.png

I’ve tried the Yoast Test Helper plugin as suggested in the referenced support question, but it didn’t help.

Any other suggestions? It would be great to find a fix for this. It’s always a problem when clients view the SEO scores in this way. It would also be great if Red wasn’t displayed simply because no Focus Keyphrase has been added – perhaps light grey would be more appropriate. Not all Pages require a Focus Keyphrase ??

    Thank you

    Melanie

    Hello Melanie,

I’m sorry that you experience a discrepancy in the SEO and Readability analysis scores for some of your pages, and I can understand the confusion.

Since you’re adding content with Elementor, we recommend viewing the Yoast SEO content analysis within Elementor to get the correct reflection of the scores, as it might appear differently when using the block editor. You can learn more about it here – https://yoast.com/help/how-to-use-yoast-seo-in-elementor/

There’s a bug report for our product team to improve this. Due to a large number of issues, we have to focus on issues that are breaking the plugin. rs. Since this issue is not, we probably cannot fix this short term.

We do agree that this is something that should be addressed and therefore was added to our backlog. This means that it is on our radar: we have been able to confirm the bug and therefore have the intention of fixing this. Unfortunately, due to capacity, we cannot give you an estimate on when this issue will be addressed.

We always encourage our users to contribute to our plugin, not just by submitting issues but also by submitting patches. If you (or someone else) decide(s) to write a patch for this issue, we’ll gladly include it after some code review.

Hello! I’m wondering if there’s any update to this issue? I have a lot of feedback from clients where they feel I haven’t completed their SEO work satisfactorily, as they aren’t seeing green.

Your link about about how to use Yoast with Elementor still doesn’t give me the same score as if I look at the page via the WordPress Visual Editor.

For example this is from the page in WordPress https://pasteboard.co/wkGaPPUJJVNl.png, this is via the Yoast section in Elementor https://pasteboard.co/lND5NXDbUa8R.png and this is from the list of WordPress pages https://pasteboard.co/DxT1iHZoLD9h.png

Any information would be welcome. It’s getting difficult to explain to clients why this feature doesn’t work as expected, and they are asking me what other SEO plugins are available …

    Thank you

    Melanie
