SEO score products overview is not active

    Hello,

    I hope someon can help me. Currently some products are not indexed by Google in search console. When I look in my dashboard I can see the SEO information tools from Yoast. Everything is filled in correctly but i still can’t see no score on this page. When I look into the products then everything looks fine. Does someone knows how I can solve this?

    Hi Davey,

    Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin and reaching out to us about the Product overview page showing the score in grey.

    Kindly note that the SEO and readability scores on the post editor screen and page are shown based on the live assessment using the browser. Once if you click Update button by editing the page, the same score will be added to the database for the post, and the same score will be shown within the Product overview screen. When you import the posts, the scores are added to the database automatically once you manually?Update?the product page; otherwise, it will be shown as a grey color or amber color within the overview screen.

    If the score is not showing with any color like red, orange, or green, then we recommend you to reset the indexable by following the steps mentioned at our help center to re-run the SEO Data Optimization.

    The above steps will help to show the color for the SEO analysis within the Overview screen.

    Regarding the indexing of the product page, we recommend you to check whether the product page is set as index and to check the source code of the respective page to confirm the meta robots meta tag is outputting index.
