“SEO Smart Links” appears to be abandoned.

    Since a week I get a notification from WordFence about SEO smart links:
    “The Plugin “SEO Smart Links” appears to be abandoned.”

    My client loves the plugin and uses it on al his websites.
    We really want to keep using the plugin.

    The plugin isn’t updated in 2 or more years. Is the plugin still good? Can we keep using it? Of is it better to go look for another similar plugin?

    This plugin is really good and one of my clients also use it for all websites. So I thought to rewrite it with latest technologies and I have made new version of it called “SEO Links Generator” (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/seo-links-generator/)

    Please try that plugin and tell me if there are any issues, I like to resolve it.

    I still use the old plugins on the website – It is a lot of work to replace the plugin on al his websites. He got like 40 / 50 websites and all with a lot of custom links.

    If I try your plugin, do I have to copy all the custom links? Or do you have something programmed that all the settings are still the same?

    Actually, I developed this plugin in such a way that it will not mess-up with the original plugin so you need to copy all settings and custom links.

    I have not developed it to copy settings from the old plugin but in my next update I will provide it, so wait for next release.
