    Dear Yoast

I tried to find answers to my problem here on the forum but unfortunately I can’t find my question here.
I have the same problem that seems to happen to other members here on the forum
The SEO Title and META DESCRIPTION on my “Property Type” pages remain, even if the page is updated several times.

But on the pages used for Districts, or Cities, when saving or updating the SEO Title and META DESCRIPTION disappear.

    Can anyone tell me why?

I am testing the free version of SEO YOAST on my new website, until I purchase the premium version.

You can check the two pages I mentioned in the link below.

    Hi,

We understand you are adding titles and metas and saving, yet the data does not save. We would like some more information.

    1. We had another recent release. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v15.2.1? If you update, does the issue resolve?

    2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    3. If you check for JavaScript errors do any appear on that page in the backend when you save? Can you describe them or take a screenshot? If you are not sure how to look for JavaScript errors please use this guide https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/.

You can use a tool like: https://pasteboard.co/ to share the image.

I am having the same issue but not on woocommerce products only on the woocommerce category pages… The yoast area box appears on pages but it never finishes loading (readability green circle never stops circling) and when you add title and meta it doesn’t save and keep info added. I have version Version 15.2.1 installed. I tried rolling back to older versions and that didn’t change anything. I did a site health check and nothing pops up but I haven’t started to check plugin by plugin, that will take a lot of time. I don’t see any java script errors popping up. Is this not a known issue on your side yet? I saw multiple people have similar issue..

    Hi @lfitz13,

We are sorry you’re having the same issue. Per the?forum guidelines, we ask that you please create separate topics for the issues you are experiencing.
That way it’s easier to track issues and provide assistance on your specific concerns on your specific site. Plus, you will get your own alerts for the issue rather than someone else’s. You may make a new topic here:?https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/#new-post.

    Answering to Pcosta88 questions:

    1. I have Yoast SEO, v15.3
    2. Yes. Are all my non-Yoast plugins and themes are updated.
    3. I do not have any javascript errors

    Hi @kasalux,

We noticed that your site is using qTranslate-X. Unfortunately, we’ve seen some issues that means that this plugin isn’t fully compatible with Yoast SEO. If you’d like to use a translation plugin that is compatible, we recommend trying plugins like WPML or MultilingualPress.

We’re sorry that we don’t have a different solution for you, but we hope this helps.
