SEO title doesn’t match on Google search

    I read several blogs, articles, but I can’t fix this problem. Perhaps there’s something that I don’t understand.
    When I search my website on Google, my Homepage title doesn’t appear as I would like to. However, on my Yoast SEO setting, everything is fine. And if I open my website, the title tab is the same as my settings, which is Travel blog %separator %site title. I did these changes in my settings 5 days ago and it still doesn’t appear properly on google.
    What am I doing wrong ? What can I do to change that ?
    My website is sonialisolivagant.com Same thing for my other website, the french version fr.sonialisolivagant.com
