Seo Title not working in just one page

The title tag is on line 109 of the source code of that page and it looks fine to me. However, the title tag should not appear that far down in the HEAD, it should be at the top of the HEAD. This is probably because wp_title has been placed in the wrong place in the header.php of your theme. I strongly recommend you fix that.

I am having a problem with my client website which is https://www.smeng.com I am running the all in one seo and it is working great for the rest of the site except home page. when I type homepage title in the Google its showing wrong in the search results even the correct title is in the source code but I am not getting what is making conflict either the latest version of wordpress, seo plugin or header php coding. I will really appreciate if any one can help me out.
