[SEO Title Tag 2,3,3] setup

I have installed and activated this plugin, but I can’t find the places on my Administration menus where I am to go to finish the setup. I am using the Suffusion Theme 3.3.6. Where are these controls: “Presentation”, “Theme Editor”,and “Header”? This setup should be simple, but it isn’t. I’d appreciate some help with this. Thanks.
