SEO Title Tag – Blog name still included, can’t reverse titles either

In the settings, I checked off to not include the blog name in my titles. I also followed instructions to reverse the order of my title tags.

Neither has worked. I still have Blog Name >> Post Title

I can say however that my 404 and Index pages now have custom titles.
