SEO Ultimate [404 Monitor page]

Im new in using self hosted site using wordpress..Im facing problem..

this plugin in 404 Monitor page,always showing few errors…and showing that tag “undefined”.

for example :

im not sure ,bt it made a sitemap also…becoz i didn;t created this sitemap.

I have no Idea,Why this problem is coming.

I want to track how many times particular image is downloaded..
