SEO Ultimate: link mask generator help

@pxrmx and @gezr: Apparently 4.8.1 fixed the issue for links created in the HTML Editor but not in the Visual Editor. Version 5.5.1 should fix the problem for Visual Editor links.

@john: There still seems to be a problem, perhaps with long links. I tested with a simple link to www.ads-software.com and the mask was retained. However when I tested with a deep link the mask disappeared when I updated the post. Are there limits on the length of the url string, or characters contained?
The link I tested with was of the form below (modified to keep data private)

https://www.blah[dot]com/cread.php?blahid=9999&blahfid=999999&clickref=&p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.blahblah[dot]co[dot]uk%2Ftissot-motogp-watch%3Fcm_sp%3DHome%2BPage-_-Small%2BBanners-_-Tissot%2BMotoGP

I updated to v5.8 this morning, and problem I described above is now fixed. Thanks.

I take it back. It seemed to be working, but is now performing as before…

Thanks for your patience everyone. Version 6.1 should fix all these issues. I tested 3saxx’s and Gezr’s links on 6.1 and the link masks now save and apply just fine. Let me know whether or not it works for you all on 6.1.

@john. I updated to 6.2 this morning (bypassing 6.1) and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks for fixing.
