SEO Update – Cannot access dashboard now

    Sorry if this has already been posted but I just updated my SEO plugin in my site and I can’t access anything on my dashboard now. I get an error message of: Fatal error: Call to undefined function update_options() in /home/ingervan/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-admin.php on line 441

    If you suggest I access my site through an FTP to rectify this, please tell me how to do this. I have never accessed my site through FTP before. My site address is ww.ingervandyke.com
