    Hello Justvimbing,

I am sorry you could not complete the SEO data optimization. To resolve, please follow these steps:

    1. Install & activate the?Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations’, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation’, and ‘Reset Internal link counter’ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that the specific reset was successful.
    4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your content.

Please let us know if the reported issue remains after resetting the optimized data.

    Hi @justvimbing

Could you go to your WP admin dashboard > SEO (sidebar) > Tools section and try and run the SEO data optimization process from there?

If it does result in an error, could you open the ‘error message’ as well as the ‘response’ drop-down arrows for any additional details, as well as open your browser’s console and check for JavaScript errors (in red) and take a screenshot and share it here?

Otherwise, you can also refer to this article – https://yoast.com/help/we-couldnt-complete-the-optimization-of-your-seo-data/
