SEO Yoast throttling DB (Query: DELETE FROM wp_options )

    Hello,

    When I disable all plugins and only enable SEO YOAST. (most up-to-date version). And go to Appearance -> Menus and then try to save a menu, it runs an interesting database query: DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ? or option_name LIKE ?. When I disable SEO Yoast, this query is not run and everything is fast and smooth.

    That query takes an average of 400s to run on a really big database. Is this a bug? How can I resolve it?
