    I paste my answer for everyone else:

    The main problem with this plugin is that the slug “brands” is hardcoded.
    You can’t change it, you can’t translate it, and it’s difficult to add compatibility with third party plugins like SEOPress.
    In addition, the creation of the Brands view is based on a normal WordPress page with a shortcode inside.

    Why not use the WordPress taxonomy archive system? I do not understand why. It would have worked natively with SEOPress (and any plugin / theme).

    I’m going to see to add more hooks to the breadcrumb function to make this kind of compatibility easier. But it might be better to use another plugin.
