SEOPress Fatal Error shutting site down

We have resolved this error with our hosting company but would like to understand why it happened in the first place so that we can avoid future issues.
The below issue happened with 14.0.0. We have since updated to 14.0.3
Any ideas on why this happened?? It totally crashed the site.
