    Hi everyone,

we are running a Woocommerce Shop with the Subscriptions Addon, delayed subscription start and Stripe payments.

After the update to the latest versions and switching to the new checkout experience (we are currently running the latest versions of all Woocommerce Plugins) stripe SEPA payment intents are created and show up with the correct amount in the stripe account, but they don’t resolve after X days. (Usually 7-14).

Stripe support says, that they are “not receiving a signal” from our Woocommerce installation, however I don’t know if that’s true given the payment intent with stripe is created sucessfully.

Has anyone had similar problems or can assist here?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @gf1337

It sounds like you’re running into some challenges with Stripe SEPA payments not resolving in your WooCommerce store. Let’s work together to get to the bottom of this.

To clarify, are you seeing this issue specifically with subscriptions products, or does it also affect regular product payments? Since you’re using a Subscription Addon, could you let us know which plugin you’re using for subscriptions? Also, after updating, have you tried re-authenticating your Stripe account yet? This step can sometimes help re-establish a smooth connection.

To assist you better, it would be great if you could share your site’s System Status report. This provides a more detailed view of your setup and can help us pinpoint any potential issues. Here’s how to find it:

    • Navigate to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard
    • Select Get system report, then Copy for support and paste it here.

If you have any fatal error logs, those would be useful too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your reply and your time.

Apparently this was a miscommunication between Stripe and our shop admin. The payments actually went through, but Stripe didn’t send any confirmation emails.

Stripe states that some info about the payment isn’t submitted by our Woocommerce install, but I have doubts that there is actually an issue, because the payment intents are actually accepted by stripe and resolve.
