Separate billing and payment

  • Hi everybody,
    Is there a way to split the checkout page into 2 steps

    • billing and shipping fields
    • Payment

    I would like the customer to fill (just) the billing/shipping fields on one page, Validate and then on a second page, displaying the customer’s billing /shipping details AND the payment method ( with the possibility to come back to the previous page to modify billing information, or go further to validate the payment) .
    I am quiet surprised no to find anything about this request on the web ??? Is it so uncommun ??

  • You have the “Multistep Checkout” plugin that does that, and it’s not too expensive. It is a little tricky to handle, but it does the job.
