Hi, first off we are loving your plugin, thank you!

We have two knowledge bases on our site, and we’re using one of them to function as a Feature Requests section (thanks to your voting features, which we love!).

I’ve turned on the voting feature and it looks great, but I’m wondering if I can only have the voting show up in a single knowledge base, and not all global knowledge bases?

So we have a regular kb which is our support articles and I want to turn off voting for this kb. And we have the second kb to showcase our feature requests, and want to keep voting turned on only for this kb.

    Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

it is possible to make a small customization to a single template to have the voting appear for a single Knowledge base.
If you can tell me which BasePress theme you are using (Default, Modern or Zen) and on which side you have set the sidebar I’ll guide you on how to make this customization.

    Thanks

Thank you so much for the quick reply!

We’re using the Modern theme and the sidebar is on the left.
