Hello, we have installed the Jetpack CRM and we wanted to know if there is any way that when downloading the excel of the invoices it separates the types of taxes, not just the shipments.

    Hi there, @lingmarco,

Can you tell me what tool you are using to export the invoices into a spreadsheet? Do you have a WooCommerce store associated with your CRM?

Thanks in advance for your follow-up reply!

    Hello

We export it with Jetpack CRM, we do not have another external tool

We have the store associated with Jetpack CRM, it exports well, what we want to know is if there is a way that the tax types can be exported separately, because we have several tax types, is there some way in the configuration that allows us separate them by type?

    Thanks for answering!

    Hi there, @lingmarco,

Thanks for clarifying that – it sounds like you probably exported a CSV using the default export tool.

If thats correct, I’m afraid that we don’t have any built-in way to do this. Tax type is stored per lineitem, and lineitem-level detail is not exportable.

I am afraid that it’s not the answer you were looking for, but I hope it helps in some capacity.
