Separate two sets from Popup

    Which version of the plugin are you on?

    Actually I’m using Version 1.25 because new version was conflicting with my theme.
    (And disabled the photoset from the footer for now because client.)

    Well, even in this case the conflict is from your theme, I believe. If you look at the demo page, you will see that all the galleries are treated separately. That is because I assign a separate “rel” for each gallery. However your theme seems to be removing those, causing the two to merge.
