Separation of the Log In from Registration

I am running Paid Memberships Pro.

https://foreclosurepedia.org/ is my website

https://foreclosurepedia.org/login-3/ is the Log In Page

https://foreclosurepedia.org/membership-account/membership-levels/ is the Registration Page

When PM Pro triggers the event that someone needs to log in or register it shows two buttons: Log In … Register

Regardless of which button you press, it takes you to the login page /login

Now, if you click Register, it does display the Register and Password Reset as hyperlinks below the Log In Page.

My question is why does the Register button not take me to:

/membership-account/membership-levels/

where I would actually select the product I desire and actually Register?

Is it possible to make the Register button actually go to the aforementioned page when clicked?
