Separator not showing in WooCommerce Shop pages

  • Hi,

    I have installed Breadcrumb NavXT for my WooCommerce website. I have assigned ‘?’ as the separator but it is showing only in Blog posts and WordPress pPges. It is not showing in any of the pages that are from WooCommerce, that means the separator is not showing in any of the product pages, products categories and product tags pages. The standard ‘/’ appear instead.

    Are you sure Breadcrumb NavXT is generating the breadcrumb trail on those pages? Make sure you turn off the breadcrumbs that woocommerce will generate.

    Are you sure Breadcrumb NavXT is generating the breadcrumb trail on those pages? Please ensure Breadcrumb NavXT is the one generating the breadcrumb trail in question (check the generated HTML, there should be an HTML comment with the plugin version preceding the trail).

    I checked that and the breadcrumbs are those from WooCommerce, not by Breadcrumb NavXT. How do I disable them and replace them with one I wish to display on WooCommerce pages?

    The WooCommerce settings should contain something about “Enable” or possibly “Disable” breadcrumb navigation. Make sure you change that setting appropriately. Then, you will want to make sure the breadcrumb trail generated by Breadcrumb NavXT is called in the custom post type pages for WooCommerce. I typically place the calling code in the theme’s header.php so it is called on all pages that load the header.
