Seperate Admin and User Comment Rating?

Is it possible, that the Admin can rate a new site/page? ( I make movie reviews with Add Page ).
And the Members can rate too and there are 2 ratings on a site like:

“The Crow” Movie Autor Rating: 5 Stars ( showing Top of the Page )
“The Crow” Movie Visitor Rating: 4,5 Stars ( 20 Votes ) (showing Button of the Page )

Is this possible?

Question 2:
I want to make a Admin/Autor Top Chart Page. Like this:

“Top Movie Rating from Admin1:”
The Crow – 5 Stars
Breakfast Club – 5 Stars
Alien 2 – 4,5 Stars…..
….

And the Same with a Visitor Chart Page like:

“Visitors Top Ratet Movie Charts:
Alien 2 – 5 Stars ( 44 Votes )
Gladiator – 4,7 Stars ( 22 Votes ).

Is this plugin flexible like this and can I do this with it?
