Seperate page for each blogroll link

I’m looking for a plugin that will take the information relevant to my blogroll links and create individual pages for them. By clicking a blogroll link say in my sidebar, the user would be taken to this “presentational page” about the site with a description, logo, etc and a link to go to the site. It’s kinda like a buffer and is of course to increase internal linking. To be clear, there would be a page for each blogroll link, ideally, generated automatically.

Is there a plugin or custom hack that can achieve this?
