SEPERATE THE ADD TO CART AND QUANTITY FIELD

I’m trying to separate the quantity input from the add to cart button so I can reposition them independently, is this possible please?

I want to align my woocommerce quantity field separate from the add to cart button

1. i want a snipet of custom template that will align the add to cart below the quantity field
2. and then set custom width for the quantity input text
3. Change the qty text before quantity into something else
4. Change the quantity increament to have decimal like 1.00

These is the display i will like to have in my single product page
