Seperating columns in the “services” section

Hi, I want to have my “services” section like its done at the screenr demo page: https://demos.famethemes.com/screenr/#services – Having 4 columns, but seperated by a break: the two upper ones with font icon, the lower ones with pictures. How do I adjust the section in that way?
