Seprate Cancel Button for Events

I’m using Events Manager for my internal events. I want my members to either click on a “Book Now” button or on a “Can’t Attend” button for the listed event.

Anybody has an idea on how to achieve this.
I’m also willing to pay for such an extra feature.
