September always expanded as well as current month

It is November, but when the page is first loaded, both September & November are expanded while October is not. I have not been able to find a setting or combination of settings that leave September closed.
Same issue as https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bug-september-expanded-instead-of-november/ which had no replies & is now closed.
