I’m using the Lite version of Sequential Order Number for a WooCommerce website. It’s working well in the Dashboard as I manage to make the order width and number to result to “0001” and so on. However, when I download the CSV at “Analytics > Orders > Download”, the column “Order#” doesn’t have the zeroes.

    eg: 0007 becomes 7

Is this normal? How do I make it be 0007 in the CSV?

    Hi lightningcallenterprise,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It appears that the WooCommerce export feature trims the leading zeros, resulting in the issue you described. This problem does not occur if you have added a custom prefix to your order numbers.

We have taken note of this scenario and will work on improving this aspect in our future releases. We appreciate your understanding.
