    Hello, before I could reset the Ticket ID to 1 when I permanently deleted all tickets, then I saved the Sequential Ticket ID to 1 in settings-> advanced settings.

    Now, with the last update, I do the same process but when I give it to save the Ticket ID from any sequential number it gets stuck in “loading”.

    Any solution for this?

    We fixed this bug in the latest version 2.2.9. Please update the plugin to the latest version.
