Serach bar is slow

  • i added a search bar for the FAQ, but the search bar is just searching so slow ? one question to be found takes like 2 minutes.. and i have only like 5 faq questions..
    What am i doing wrong ? why is it so slow/

    Hi John,

    The search feature is actually part of the premium version of the plugin. The www.ads-software.com forums are meant for questions about the free version of this software. As such, please contact us directly by email or visit our website, and we’d be happy to assist you in using the premium version.

    A general comment to @jaysupport – For people evaluating your plugin (pre-sale) such unanswered bug notices are quite disturbing. If such a feature does not work, this could be a deal breaker. (And it is not the first time, problems with the search are mentioned on this support page.)

    So in your own interest I recommend that you leave a feedback here if you believe the feature works (again), is fast, and you could solve the problem with your client.
