Serial Number Plugin isn’t assigning keys to orders for some products

    Serial Number Plugin isn’t assigning keys to orders for some products, when customers order products keys in my website, they receive some of them, but in the rest of them, they have this message is displayed : “Pedido en espera de asignación de números de serie.”

    I contacted the support and they solved my problem: you just need to go to advanced setting and allow duplicated keys selling !

    I have purchased new license and after that plugin is not assining serial numbers to orders. 13 hours support is not available.

    very disappointing.
