Series TOC page needs a heading

I’m using the Invicta theme, which is really nice. It must be hard as hell to make a plugin like this work with every theme under the Sun, but I’m hoping there is a solution for the empty series TOC title.

I’ve just created a series called “Poltical Reforms”. It’s in a site which is not ready to be published, or I’d send a link. I can however, send a screenshot.

When I visit the /series/political-reforms/, the H1 in the banner of that page is empty.
The surrounding tags are:

<h1></h1> — the empty H1, where title should go

I’d be happy to make a one-time adjustment, but I don’t see it in pages, posts, or the Invicta “portfolio” pages.

Perhaps there is a bit of Php I can hack, somewhere? (I clicked Edit on the plugin to view the code, but the hack wasn’t immediately obvious…)
