Serious bugs!

  • It needs a lot of work, and it’s very tricky in order to work properly. It seems they made the free version with many limitations (and even problems) just to force the user to purchase the Pro version, which is very expensive for a limited budget project. To make it more affordable for more users they could, for example, offer a Pro version with a lower price and no tech support … just an idea …

    Images:
    It’s especially problematic with the images. The user has to translate (duplicate) every single image(!), and it’s a very tricky process in order to get it to work! If you can’t get it right you simply CANNOT use your images … they disappear, it is like they don’t exist! …

    Elementor:
    It messes up the Elementor’s interface language. After installing Polylang the Elementor interface language changes to the page’s language which I personally find very confusing as I want it to always be in English … well, that’s impossible! … Though, that may be Elementor’s issue that doesn’t give an option for JUST ONE language for its interface …

    Besides its serious bugs it seems to be one of the best translation tools for WordPress …
