    Hi,

Though I use opinionated styles, I have several serious display problems with radiolists and checklists.

    1. If an item takes more than one line in a radiolist, the radio button is displayed at the beginning of the last line (this is not normal) and it appears over the first word making it unreadable (this is terrible !).

    2. Items are not placed in the middle (vertical alignment of the line) in a checkboxlist.

    3. If an item takes more than one line in a checkboxlist, the second line starts below the box. Or it should start at the same indentation as the first line.

Single check boxes doesn’t have any of the problems.

Please check on the provided web page.

All of the fields on your form aside from the single checkbox are displaying as expected. I’ve created an issue for doing a second pass on checkbox/radio styles to make sure we’re as consistent as we can be with our styles.
