serious issue with plugin upgrades

  • Hi there , In the last few days, it is impossible to automatically upgrade plugins or upload new plugins from control panel of www.ads-software.com . I get this —>>>> ? Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate … the hosting provider who checked it said that the website’s SSL is fine and configured, this is the first time I have such an issue even though I have had the website for many years, what is wrong please ??

    The message “unable to get local issuer certificate” indicates a problem with the hosting system you are using. This apparently does not include the necessary certificate libraries or does so incorrectly. Your hoster’s support team must solve this. This is not something that can be influenced or solved by WordPress.
